Yoga for Golfers Power Series 9-Week Session
All the classes in this series have a focus on building POWER. We know that power has a direct correlation to DISTANCE. In developing power, we focus on 4 main areas of the body which you'll hear more about within the series. Even though we focus on these areas, each class is a full body class. Lots of options and ways to adapt are offered for my golfers of all ages and abilities. Please know, we do go from lying on the floor to kneeling to standing. We also use some props from time to time but these can be made up from household objects. No need to get anything fancy. Please have the following nearby:
Chair
Golf club
Yoga strap (or belt, tie, resistance band)
Yoga block (book, firm cushion)
Tennis Ball or roller of some sort (even thick socks work)
